Difference between American and Indian democracies

The difference between the democracies of America and India is that ‘in America you can kiss in public but not pee, whereas in India you can pee in public but not kiss!

This got me thinking.
There are many differences. But this is a stark reminder of the moral policing that is present in India and the lack of ‘developmental mindset’ instead.
Here the key is ‘developmental mindset’. We in India, while making decisions, seldom think what is good for whole country. What is often debated upon is which community gets the maximum benefits…
There is no and there can be no “Unity in Diversity”.

Its magic.. and wonder.. what we function as 1country with different language/religious/.. and that why is unity in diversity. dont look at extreme right given all the short coming and absolute no support structure– power of individuals/group is making this country progress.
I dont want to argue india is best/america is bad– after living some years in different country i can appreciate india for it is and for its potential.
need proof..!!– with 60 free years country look how Pakistan is doing. or even for smaller size country with almost single religion/language - Nepal, Bangladesh, Srilanka/Spain (cannot even sort different with 2languages).
we are together and with no significant group with support to fight for separate country.. and that’s unity in diversity.
