Amazing standards of quality - Media in India
May 16, 2007 by Pareen
On May 16th 2007, the front page of Mumbai Mirror carried an article “Sikh Lo” which said a Sikh father and son fought against 40 armed dacoits.
Amazingly, The Times Of India, which comes out of the same publishing house as the Mumbai Mirror carried the same news which quoted “Sikh family fights 30 dacoits in Belapur”.
God knows what they are up to. Times is known as one of the largest selling newspaper in India and Mirror, the number 2 compact newspaper in Mumbai (as advertised by the company).
You got to check this out to believe. Amazingly true!

ha ha ha..maybe mumbai mirror, the no.2 tabloid in the only 2 tabloids of mumbai is trying to compete with its reham data, toi or maybe the very capable and able team of mumbai mirror really is getting into the facts!!!actually, that paper is a good thing to read when getting bored, it relieves u of boredom because it gives u irritation!!
No Tanvi, actually The number stated by Mirror is accurate and Times is wrong this timeā¦
though I agree that overall Times is much better in quality than Mumbai Mirror in all respects

Indian media standard is getting waste by the day. Atleast newspaper are better than TV (ofcourse, times is not included, its horrible)
